Firestorm is shop fire on top of Hell's Kitchen 3's environmental Fire Outbreaks. Opponents with the Fireproof pass walk through more of it.

No. Difficult disables power-ups and sprint. Permanent passes such as Faster Cook Time, Auto Serve, Ingredient Vacuum, Fireproof, Double XP, Head Chef, and Hell's Luck are separate from those disabled shop buffs.
