How the ranks were chosen
Power-ups are ranked for a Standard dinner service: cheap cook speed first, clutch Immunity second, and whole-kitchen sabotage only when averages are close. Passes are ranked by whether they shorten every ticket or only add a cosmetic. Food packs are variety, not a win condition. Prices are the commonly listed costs and can differ in the live store.
Which [NEW] Hell's Kitchen 3 boards are on this hub?
Two jobs, two lists. Open a child page for the long table. This hub is the snapshot.
S tier
Player decision Best first permanent buy for players who queue Standard. Skip it if you only play Difficult, because sprint is disabled there.
Player decision Best first purchase when a code or a dining-room pickup has just handed you about 50 Coins. Skip it in Difficult, where power-ups are disabled.
Player decision The long-term replacement for rebuying Time Machine. It still works in Difficult. You must still pull on the quality window.
Player decision Pair with Time Machine when you can afford both. If you can only buy one, pick Speed Chop for chop-heavy dishes and Time Machine for long heats.
Player decision Buy it after plates are usually clean. Doubling burnt tickets does not unlock a useful menu.
Player decision Hold 500 Coins for a disaster service, a fire mess, or an Imposter round that tanked your average. Do not buy it every service if you are already safe.
Player decision Upgrade after you already like Standard movement. Same Difficult warning as Run: sprint is off, so this pass sits idle.
A tier
Player decision Use it when they are leaving Pantry, rotating to Assemble, or carrying a plate to Serve. A hit on someone already standing at a blender does little.
Player decision Strong when dinner service and wildcards split your attention. In Difficult, where you also lack sprint, it climbs toward a must-have if you forget plates on the pass.
Player decision Throw it when a rival is committed to a Blend meter, Assemble, or the last steps to Serve, especially if that player is carrying the other team's average.
Player decision Use it in the last minute when averages are close. It overlaps the Hell's Kitchen 3 fire fantasy, so Fireproof opponents shrug off more of it. Do not buy it while your own kitchen is already in an outbreak.
Player decision High value for the price, especially on mobile or trackpad, and more valuable in Difficult because you cannot sprint between shelves.
Player decision Prefer Blackout against lobbies that still need to see stations. Prefer Firestorm against groups that can cook from HUD prompts in the dark.
Player decision Worth it if you are the plating cook through Fire Outbreaks. Still learn extinguish callouts for teammates who do not own it.
Player decision Best cheap pass when Robux is tight. Pick a pre-service dish you already cook cleanly, not a new pack recipe.
Player decision Cheap insurance while meter timing is inconsistent. Less important once halfway pulls are reliable.
B tier
Player decision Save it for someone on a Serve path or locked in a fry animation. Flinging a teammate is a nomination speech.
Player decision Better in busy kitchens that read stations by eye than in lobbies that follow the ticket UI. Make sure the cloud is not sitting on your own pass.
Player decision A mid-price disruption when you cannot afford 650 Coins and the averages are close. Do not tap it in a blowout.
Player decision Buy after movement and cook speed. It overlaps Coin sabotage and is not a substitute for plating.
Player decision Only if you enjoy the traitor round. Most seasons you are not the Imposter, so the pass is idle.
Player decision Buy for variety after core passes. Practice the new tickets in Standard before Difficult.
Player decision Same priority as the other regional packs: after Run or Faster Cook Time, and only if you want the menu.
Player decision A collection buy. Do not take an unfamiliar pack ticket while you are bottom two.
C tier
Player decision Buy last, after movement, cook speed, and XP are already owned.
