The current Roblox description says Hell's Kitchen 3 adds five new wildcard rounds plus Fire Outbreaks. It does not print the five names. Older text for this same place, from the Hell's Kitchen 2 era, mentioned an imposter wildcard, a backrooms escape, earthquakes, and an enraged Gordon. Those are documented earlier twists, not a confirmed list of the five new rounds. Read the announcement in the round, then use the playbooks below.
Wildcards are service modifiers. Minigames are separate XP rounds. Do not mix them up. Minigame tips are on Minigames.
Imposter
An Imposter can disable workstations and create distractions. That role is the best-documented social wildcard.
If you are the Imposter, hit high-traffic stations when tickets are stacked: shared fryers, busy boards, or Assemble. Do not only grief your own color if the teams are still separate. A stalled opposing pass wins the service.
If you are hunting one:
- Call the dead station immediately: fryer down, board dead.
- Reroute. Camping a broken prompt helps the Imposter.
- Watch who never holds ingredients but always stands next to the outage.
- Keep serving. Naming the traitor after your average has already collapsed does not save the color.
The Imposter Insider pass raises Imposter odds, removes the sabotage cooldown, and grants unlimited flings while you are Imposter. It does not prove someone is the traitor.
Five modifier types, without fake titles
When a wildcard starts, sort it and change the plan.
- Fire-forward. Shrink the ticket count, pull as soon as the bar is in the safe window, and extinguish before you start another heat. Full steps are on Fire Outbreaks.
- Station sabotage. Announce the outage, use a station that still works, and keep ingredients ready so you do not rewind the whole recipe when the tool returns.
- Map hazard. Quakes, collapsing paths, or a forced detour steal walk time. Path conservatively with a finished plate. Assemble closer to the pass once the route is stable.
- Pressure. Shorter clocks or harsher send-backs. Finish the first plate before you greed-multitask. Zero sent-backs beat two failed attempts. Immunity matters more in Standard when averages swing.
- Deception. Verify a station with your own eyes. Cook through the noise. Save accusations for something you saw.
Across all five, the constants are a short callout, a live meter, and at least one chef still plating.
Standard versus Difficult
Standard can buy speed or a counter-sabotage. Spend it when averages are close, not because the round looks funny. Difficult removes power-ups and sprint, so the backup path has to be memorized. See the power-up tier list.
If a ticket is already doomed, serve anything that can still be completed, then help a teammate's pass. The average is the elimination math.
